The course

A looped course that starts and finishes on Jan Palach Square near the Rudolfinum in central Prague. It follows the Vltava River south, loops through Folimanka Park, crosses the river to the west bank, returns north along the river, and traces a large loop through the northern city center before finishing at the Rudolfinum. Runners cross the Vltava multiple times over several Prague bridges, with views of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The course is flat and fast with mostly smooth road surfaces, though some sections use uneven cobblestones.
