The course
A largely flat and fast road course through Brighton and Hove starting at Preston Park and finishing on the seafront at Hove Lawns. Runners head through the city centre past the Royal Pavilion, then east along the coast toward Ovingdean and Rottingdean, turning back along the seafront past the Palace Pier and the West Pier.
