Coach Icarus turns the data your Garmin already collects into a coach that actually watches it. Instead of generic plans, we read your heart rate variability, sleep, and training load to adapt your week as your body changes.
Our methodology
We model training as a balance of stress and recovery. Each run adds load; sleep and HRV tell us how well you absorbed it. When the signals say you are under-recovered, plans ease off; when you are ready, they push. The goal is consistent progression without digging a hole you can't climb out of.
The science behind the AI
Our analysis builds on established sports-science concepts — acute vs. chronic training load, heart-rate-variability-guided training, and recovery monitoring — applied to your individual baseline rather than population averages.
