Hamburg Marathon 2027

The Haspa Hamburg Marathon is a single-loop course starting and finishing near the Hamburg Messe exhibition center in the city center. The route passes the Reeperbahn entertainment district, along the Elbchaussee waterfront by the harbor, through HafenCity and the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district, and around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster lakes, looping through Stadtpark and the northern neighborhoods before returning to the finish. The course is flat and fast with only about 75 m of total climbing and minimal sharp turns, though the Elbchaussee stretch can bring headwinds.
