The course

The Riyadh Marathon starts and finishes on the campus of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The marathon and half-marathon routes extend beyond the campus onto major northern Riyadh roads, including Prince Badr bin Abdulmohsen Road, Anas Ibn Malik Road, Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq service road, Uthman bin Affan Road and Thumamah Road. Earlier editions started at King Saud University and the Kingdom Arena.
