The course
Point-to-point coastal marathon starting near Carcavelos/Cascais. The first section heads west along the coast toward Cascais and a turnaround, then retraces the Estrada Marginal eastward through Estoril, Oeiras and Alges. It passes the Belem Tower (km 35) and Jeronimos Monastery before finishing at Praca do Comercio on the Tagus riverfront. Predominantly flat with minor elevation; paved roads.
