The Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok is a point-to-point 42.2 km road race in Bangkok. It begins at MBK Center in the Pathum Wan district, passes the Victory Monument and the Anantasamakhom Throne Hall, then turns west onto the Rama VIII Bridge and the Borommaratchachonnani elevated highway before looping back to finish at Sanam Luang, the royal square beside the Grand Palace. The course is flat; the race starts at 2:00 AM to avoid daytime heat.
