Ottawa Marathon 2027

The marathon starts and finishes at Ottawa City Hall and runs through two provinces (Ontario and Quebec). It goes along the Rideau Canal and Queen Elizabeth Driveway, crosses the Chaudière Bridge into Gatineau, Quebec, loops back into Ottawa, passes Rockcliffe and New Edinburgh via Sussex Drive, and returns along the canal (Colonel By Drive) to the finish. Terrain is rolling with mostly gentle elevation changes; the bridge crossing near the halfway point is the most noticeable climb. The course is flat enough to be a frequent Boston qualifier.
